I spend plenty of time in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. My family lives there and it makes for a great escape from the city. I visit each and every season and honestly enjoy them all. I also captured a few sunsets over the years.

This winter, over Christmas Break, after a fresh snowfall I noticed the sky through the window. The pinkish hue was enough for me to put on my boots, grab my camera and return to the edge of Beaver Lake. I watched a winter Pocono Mountain Sunset here the year before, but this one was different. They all are, and this evening I was in a for a treat. Happy Sunset Sunday.
