As summer approaches, the days are getting longer and for many of us living up north, we are looking forward to the later sunset. This often translates to more rest, more leisure, and more time for an afternoon cocktail.
One place I enjoy many of these longer, warmer, days is the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. There I escape the heat of the urban jungle (New York City) and spend quality time in nature, quality time with family and quality time catching a few sunsets.
This is one I captured on the Lake at Beech Mountain with a cocktail in hand.
